AVP - Business Development - Real Estate

We are hiring for a D2C renowned organization, Bangalore based role. - Should have the ability to develop and maintain good relationships with Property Consultants, channel partners and brokers

- Schedule site tours / property inspection for Leasing/Business team

- Creating and maintaining store pipeline

- Good Understanding of the Major metros Commercial Market. Market insights and intelligence about major markets Pan India

- Complete research as necessary by collecting and analysing property information

- Should have an understanding of the current industry trends and must possess good negotiation skills

- Sound knowledge of leasing administration process

- Ability to distil large amounts of data

- Real-estate & Regulatory Understanding
