Opening with an NBFC: Job Responsibilities: - Utilize all possible channels to source quality new-to-brand clients with the potential to generate business across all product categories. - Responsible for handling IFAs, direct selling, virtual sales &amp; hybrid sales channel. - Supervise the Business Development Associates and wealth Managers. - Responsible for the entire process of new client acquisition from identifying prospects, delivering customized financial service solutions to complete onboarding. - Portfolio review, analysis and recommendations for prospects. - Work on preparing credit assessments and monitoring risk issues by liaising with clients on any document deficiency or requests for more information. - Handle existing client and prospect questions and ensure that all direct sales-related support is provided in a timely and efficient manner. - Attending sales calls along with Wealth managers, associates, partners and ensure closure. - Market to Select Employee Groups, distribute advertising collateral, create and present onsite seminars. - Develop partnerships with key individuals in existing or target markets to facilitate presence in the area
