AVP - Business Development - Investment Banking Solutions/FinTech - IIM/ISB/IIT/FMS/MDI

Reporting to - Coverage Banking Head - BFSI

Educational Qualification - MBA and or B.Tech from a premium institute.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Business development with Fintech companies investment banking solutions

- Pitching to create new client relationships, servicing existing clients within FinTech.

- Understand client requirements and provide suggestions/ideas/product with help of internal product and structuring teams

- Build relationship with Industry experts to capture Market Intelligence of the Sector. Keep upto date and abreast with trends and deals in the Sector.

- Ability to showcase sector know-how and propose creative alternatives to clients.

Requirements :

- Candidate should have understanding of various sub segments of Fin-tech companies by virtue of having worked in a relevant company in a business or operating role or serviced fin-tech companies as consultant or domain expert

- Ability to innovate and accentuate analytical and technical skills

- Entrepreneurial bent of mind - create a bridge between financial services and technology.

- Drive for Results/Business Acumen focus.
