- Create database of potential corporate clients.
- Research and identify sales opportunity, generate leads, identify target clients.
- Identify the risk portfolio of potential corporates.
- Risk Analysis of client's portfolio and create opportunities in the risk placement.
- Make presentations or pitches outlining the benefits of product/ services.
- Understand client requirements and customize the product/ services as per their needs.
- Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Maintain relationship with all potential and existing clients.
Candidate background :
- 8 - 15 years of experience in Insurance Broking/ General Insurance industry
- Should be able to discover and pursue new sales prospects, negotiate deals, and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills and should be comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate services and products.
