Position: AVP - Business Development (West) - Leading Healthcare Benefits Co (12-16 yrs)
Role:
- This role will support the Head-Business Development in driving Business Development across target segments in the West Region
- Will be responsible for Retail and Institutional Sales across the West Region
- Identify the prospects across NBFCs, Banks & Affinity
- Segregate the prospects basis their customer base and ability to influence them and target accordingly
- Pro-actively approach & establish contact with key stakeholder at prospective partner
- Co-create the sales strategy by recommending the best fit products from the existing product suites which can address the business objective of partner
- Meet targets set for the region on a regular basis
Requirements:
- MBA
- Business Development professional with 12-16 years of experience in Insurance or Financial Services industry
- Excellent industry connect and expertise for building strategic alliances & partnerships for health products
- Diligent, Dynamic and Result oriented candidate with good communication skills
- Strong negotiation, influencing, liaison & relationship skills
- Strong convincing power and out of the box thinking
- Candidates from Insurance / Healthcare industry are preferred
