JD for Business Development officer - AVP
Job Description:
1. Develop a deep understanding of our digital asset platform vision, mission, products and business models
2. Explore potential partnership with multiple stakeholders in the industry
3. Execute asset tokenization related market research programs (including vendor management) to understand market trends and customer needs and personas
4. Responsible for the formulation, tracking and maintenance of the project plan, and controlling the project life cycle
5. Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
6. Coordinate the integration and translation of primary, secondary, competitive and environmental insights into growth strategies for our products and services
7. Establish / maintain strong networks with relevant technical solution providers (e.g. conventional partners, blockchain vendors)
8. Define project baseline in terms of scope, cost, timeline and resource
9. Coordinate with stakeholders to build a competitive brand name within the new digital asset ecosystem
10. Work with all collaborators to define project scopes, establish efficient workflows and continuously review and update processes to ensure the successful delivery of projects
Job Requirements:
1. Fluency in English and Hindi will be plus.
2. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
3. At least 8+ years of experience in Business Development, Management Consulting, Product Management, Operations, and/or Finance/Investment Banking , or Digital Asset and Blockchain industry
4. Minimum Experience of 4+ years working with digital assets including cryptocurrencies or tokenized assets
5. Good understanding of digital asset platform trading business
6. Experienced working and dealing with technology service providers
7. Able to work in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
8. Able to work effectively in a team environment with good communication skills
9. Be sensitive to processes, and has clear, logical thinking for related duties
10. Great logical thinking ability, communication skills, driven, and quick-learner
11. Take the ownership around the above areas, learn & pivot in above areas to adapt the industry's fast changing business models & innovations.
