Role details:

- Title: AVP- Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery

- Location: Noida, Gurgaon, Bangalore, Pune

- Reporting Manager: Senior Assistant Vice President

Role & responsibilities:

- Drive overall maturity and roadmap for Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery program with measurable outcomes.

- Ensure a robust compliance posture to ISO 22301, NIST, ISO 27001 and other applicable standards.

- Demonstrate fair understanding of Technology DR set up, recovery and testing methodologies for on-prem and cloud hosted solutions.

- Effectively navigate large scale crisis situations for diverse geographies in collaboration with business and enterprise functions

- Have a sound governance on resiliency risks and drive mitigation plans aligned to the organization's ERM.

- Liaison with businesses to demonstrate the Organization's resiliency capabilities during RFI/RFPs.

- Drive comprehensive Business Impact Assessments, business continuity testing and exercises, awareness initiatives across businesses and enterprise functions.

- Maintain high level of stakeholder management, team and business engagement.

Candidate requirements:

- 10+ years of experience in crisis management, Business continuity, disaster recovery.

- Should have understanding in Cyber Resiliency and Crisis management.

- Demonstrated experience working on a global scale, dealing with diverse challenges.

- Exposure in cloud IT and the implementation of cyber resiliency practices and controls will be an added advantage.

- A graduate with additional certifications in ISO 22301, NIST, ISO 27001, and relevant standards is preferred.

- Excellent Communication Skills.
