AVP - Business Analyst - Regulatory Reporting Domain

Our client is one of the global financial services companies with operations across the globe. They are actively seeking Business Analyst to be part of their Finance group and support regulatory projects.

Job Responsibilities:

- Liasoning with IT and business team to understand and translate requirements from tech to non tech and vice versa.

- Extracting and retrieving data using SQL tools from different platforms

- BRDs, FRDs, Requirement gathering, and working closely with the development team throughout the SDLC.

- People management and responsible for growth and appraisal of team

- Working with cross functional team including development, business, testing, and reporting team.

Essential Qualification and Skills:

- 8-13 years of work experience in project management within Banking

- At least 5+ years of end-to-end business analyst experience in Credit risk/counterpart credit risk/Basel/regulatory reporting

- Strong knowledge of banking framework

- Hands on with SQL for data usage along with fair understanding of data platforms.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
