AVP - Brokerage Reconciliation

Responsibilities:

- Day to day management and oversight of the reconciliation team and their activities.

- Partnering with senior management (both locally and off shore) to ensure the effective implementation of strategy.

- Staff development, including active participation in the appraisal process and objective setting.

- Ongoing review of key risk indicators and MI, ensuring transparency to senior management.

- Actively ensuring a robust control framework is maintained around the reconciliation process, escalating issues in a timely fashion to management and/or Risk.

- Support and manage departmental projects and initiatives.

Skills Required -

- 6-7 year relevant experience in brokerage processing, including team management
