- Co-ordinate with external agencies and manage the brand presence on social media channels
- Develop and execute social media growth strategies
- Manage media budgets to build strong brand presence
- Manage all digital chatter and develop response protocols, working closely with the customer service teams
- Maintain positive brand sentiment and monitor the same using online reputation management tools
- Analyze performance and provide insights for social media channels by maintaining monthly dashboards
Brand Outreach
- Plan and develop ATL marketing strategies to promote the brand amongst target groups
- Conduct brand track and NPS studies
- Plan and manage annual brand promotion budgets
- Co-ordinate with external agencies and internal teams to amplify brand's presence in the external domain
- Maintain competition dashboards and deep dive into industry insights that directly/indirectly impact business
- Monitor progress and submit performance reports
- Make powerful presentations for internal stakeholders, focusing on performance and key metrics
Customer Communication
- Develop relevant communication material in conjunction with the agencies and internal teams
- Co-ordinate with external agencies and internal teams to amplify brand's presence among customers
- Plan media campaigns for customer outreach
