AVP - Brand Marketing - Startup (8-15 yrs)
This is a leadership position that requires a strong track record of developing and executing successful brand marketing and creative communication campaigns, particularly in the context of an advertising agency. The AVP will be responsible for driving brand awareness and engagement through a variety of channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media, with a focus on scaling B2C brand marketing activities. In addition, this person should bring a deep understanding of marketing in rural India, including the ability to effectively communicate in vernacular languages.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand marketing and creative communication strategies that align with business goals and objectives
- Lead the creation of high-quality, innovative marketing and communication materials, including advertisements, social media content, and promotional campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Manage the development and execution of creative briefs, ensuring all campaigns are on brand and on strategy
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and improvement
- Mentor and lead a team of marketing and creative professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of campaigns
- Utilize deep understanding of marketing in rural India, including the ability to effectively communicate in vernacular languages, to drive successful brand marketing campaigns in this context
