Your Key responsibilities - Lead the team to drive brand communication, product marketing, digital marketing, BTL and PR activities - Build the value proposition, its offerings, and help create winning propositions and messaging for both SME & Enterprise businesses - Define the brand positioning, and design and deploy strategies to strengthen the brand and build brand equity. - Work with external and internal team to create brand strategy, and develop a differentiated and go-to brand - Drive consumer insights, competitive analysis, product positioning, naming, objectives and metrics, launch and marketing strategy. - Develop a deep understanding of brand's target consumer and become its advocate across company initiatives - Work closely with our PR agency to execute the PR strategy in metros and tier 2/3 cities - Lead hiring & working with third party agencies required for branding, creative / collaterals, ATL and BTL activities, media planning and execution etc. - Ensure consistent and effective brand positioning & product / promotional messaging across all platforms. - Building, launching and monitoring online marketing campaigns What to bring - MBA from top B-school in marketing with 5+yrs of work experience - Experience in building the brand positioning and strategy - Demonstrated experience in building a brand and working on complex projects independently - Excellent interpersonal skills; outstanding in team work, ability to work successfully with teams across the org - Detail orientation, execution excellence & entrepreneurial spirit
