Brand Manager - AVP

Our client is top Indian Bank and is undertaking a search for a AVP - Brand - MSME Vertical.

The role would involve :

Desirable experience at :

- Understanding business objectives

- Understanding communication strategy development process

- Managing brand compliance, IPs

- Being part of a large TV, print, digital campaigns with hands-on understanding of multiple legs of a campaign

Responsibilities :

1. Work with product managers across various businesses of the Bank to :

a. Understand product features, benefits, advantages,

b. Appreciate competition offerings, map unique offerings

c. Meet customers and sales officers to sharpen the communication requirements

2. Work with the extended brand, marketing, media and research teams to :

a. Provide research support

b. Understand media formats and requirements across TV, print, outdoor, digital

c. Create tracking and feedback mechanisms to measure campaign efficacy

d. Create clear and sharp campaign briefs

e. Ensure brand compliance across various marketing teams, vendors, brand IP usage by vendors etc.

f. Create effective campaigns in a time-bound manner

g. Have a bank of creative agencies for the range of campaigns (scale, genre, budgets)

h. Track competition and other category work

i. Be updated with the latest trends in advertising and communication
