Brief Job Description: - Development of ATL Campaigns for Businesses - Key responsibility as part of the brand team will be to assist all ABC's 13 business units and product marketing teams in developing their ATL marketing campaigns. This will involve an understanding of the product category &amp; competition, the value proposition, the core marketing insight, marketing communication, rollout, execution and measurement.&nbsp; - Drive and work with media Partners to develop, recommend media strategies across businesses. Complete ownership to ensure every single touchpoint (brand campaigns, customer communication, product literature, stationery, internal communication, web, social media etc) reflects the new brand identity. - Development of ATL, Social, Digital Campaigns for Brand - drive media partners for development of social, digital and ATL campaigns for ABCL Brand. Campaigns of ATL across lines of businesses to ensure brand &amp; Business Objectives. Social &amp; digital dashboard. - Partnering Businesses in Product Positioning as and when needed - Development and adherence of Brand Guidelines - ensure adherence of brand guidelines across businesses. Working on brand compliance audit scores. - Development of Brand assets like Photography for all business needs - Communication Development support to all central functions of ABC
