The primary responsibility of this position is:

- To manage the regions EH&B portfolio by effective management of clients business requirements and ensuring delivery of high quality of service to all clients and stakeholders

- Lead and develop all team members-providing clear and effective leadership and strategic direction

- To work as a trusted senior level advisor liaising with Senior Management/C-Suite of all the existing and new clients

- Assisting and driving the team to grow business and to build new pipeline in association with Sales team in the region

- Interact with Insurers to achieve the pricing for various policies incepted during the policy term

- Effective management and attainment of revenue and expense budgets

- Introducing new solutions and services to clients in association with the EH&B Consulting team

- Ensure timely support to EH&B colleagues in resolution of client portfolio requirements with TPA/Insurers/Internal stakeholders

- Represent the company in regional interaction with various institutions working in the EH&B space(Insurers/TPA/Trade bodies, etc)

Candidates Profile:

- MBA/any other equivalent higher education qualification

- Atleast 10-15 years of corporate sales experience in Fin Institutions/TPA/Brokers

- Having 5-10 years of Insurance sales /servicing experience(General/Life)

- Having knowledge of local corporate market

- Demonstrates technical and comprehensive knowledge in handling medium to large corporates in the EH&B space

- Excellent communication skills

- Sound influencing skills with corporate decision makers

- Have exceptional networking and relationship building skills within the industry to provide best results for the organization

- Highly competent with MS Office and Windows presentation tools

- Preference to candidates with relevant work experience from Employee Benefits specialization
