AVP BPO Sales (BFSI)

- Strong exp in selling BPO services to BFSI customers

- Should be a Hunter

- Strong in Industry connects

- Willing to perform a Individual contributor role

- Should have strong exp in Indian market ( not with any other markets )

- Focus on growing the Banking, Financial Services & Insurance business primarily from Indian market. Open new avenues through targeted business development activities (tele-prospecting, events etc).

- Engage with prospects through scoping/ diagnostic and consulting assignments; develop customized solutions (including migration planning, delivery, costing etc); help moderate contractual/ work-order negotiations.
