AVP - BPO Operations Domain

Experience and skills: Preferably an MBA or Post Graduate Diploma in Management from an institution of repute with between 8 to 12 years of work experience, of which at least 5 years in a leadership role.

- Managed Teams direct and indirect upto 100-200 with 4-5 managers reporting to this role. Prior experience in leading / managing service lines that include desktop publishing is preferred.

- Strong leadership skills evidenced by achievement of objectives together with a track record of development of individuals, relationship building and problem solving skills.

- Proven experience of successfully managing and developing a diverse team of both managers and staff. Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral.

- Operational / Service Delivery

- Client / Customer

- Financial / Commercial (Full P&L responsibility focused on achieving financial targets)

- People Management ( SPAN -500 across 2 locations for Desktop Publishing operationsconsisting of publishing, copy editors, PPT specialists, customer support)
