General summary :
- The Learning and Development, AVP is responsible for coordinating, facilitating and reinforcing corporate wide training courses to new, existing line and managing the team and resources to facilitate ongoing learning with focus on M3+
Principal Responsibilities :

- Establishing learning strategy for people development while leading the behavioral function for meeting business need for diverse work groups (30% of time)
- Responsible for the conducting the need analysis for skills gaps at all levels in the organization and development and delivery of behavioral training programs (30%)
- Responsible for co-partnering with Global Ops training and Global OD function to roll out Organization Development interventions. (30%)
- Regularly coaches Managers and employees to turn skills learned in training into application and impact in their respective departments along with management of direct reports (reporting to the role) 10% - 100%
Required Skills, Education & Experience Preferred Skills, Education & Experience :
Education : Masters/ Bachelor's degree Specialization in Human Resources, Organization Development or Training Methodology will be preferred or any other stream
Experience : 12-14 years overall work experience, skills required - Facilitation and People management 6-9 years work experience in Training, Preference will be given if worked in a collection environment
Certification : Certifications in the field of Training and Development Advanced Facilitation Skills Certification, Situational Leadership, Certified Learning & Development Manager, Instructional Design Certification, Soft skills Certification, Voice and Accent
Technical Skills : Knowledge of Process and soft skills training modules Knowledge Management, E-learning
PC Skills : Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Advanced Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook is a must
Other Skills : Influencing Skills, Data Orientation (Eye for Detail) and Business Presentation Skills High tolerance to ambiguity, adept at establishing training needs, creating customized solutions
