Reports to- Head of BD & Alliances

Job Purpose-
Business Development SPOC for doing MSME partnerships & alliances
Accountabilities
1. Business Development & Alliances
- To find new alliance opportunities in MSME segment across different segments, geographies
- New client acquisition (80%)
- Target and pitch to new high value partners in various MSME segments & find mutual synergies for taking the alliance forward.
- Should be able to independently identify relevant contact points, network and interact at senior management level with clients and prospects
- Existing clients (20%) to identify new opportunities and grow wallet share
- Doing Senior management interactions
- Basic understanding of financial analysis and banking
2. Process Adherence
- Should be responsible for lead generation and maintaining a healthy pipeline in Salesforce & tracking all activities through Jira and other relevant tools
- Provide inputs for and develop collaterals for partner presentations & responding to new proposals
- Adhering to methodology being followed by central project management team while onboarding new partners
3. Internal Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Product, Credit, Operations, Technology, Collections,
Legal, Compliance, Customer Service, and Accounts for Partner Onboarding & integration activities till go live
- Post Go-live ensure smooth settlements, dispute resolution of the channel partners, including partner data
4. Reconciliations & invoice management.
- Monitor key portfolio & financial metrics for all partners and report any anomalies
MIS & Reporting
- Monitor business numbers along with the segment-wise performance analysis of the portfolio
- Prepare and share different type of reports to concerned stakeholders from time to time
5. Skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Ability to manage performance under stringent timelines
