AVP - BCBS 239 - Risk Division - Investment Bank

Job Description- AVP BCBS- 239

Looking for:

- Challenging role within the Risk division, as part of the team responsible for compliance with BCBS 239

- Play a key role in defining, measuring and assessing compliance with BCBS 239 across the organization

- Support the measurement and forecast of compliance of company, its legal entities and divisions, through compliance metrics

- Perform reviews and analysis to independently oversee, advise, review and challenge BCBS 239 activities, from both a regional perspective and globally

- Support the development of written communications and briefings to board and senior management

Mandatory:

- Degree or higher education or equivalent

- Strong communication and Leadership skills

- Ability to operate at both a strategic level and also at a detailed/delivery level

- Familiarity with BCBS 239 regulations is preferable but not required

- Ability to think independently and present views in an objective and credible manner while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders

- Demonstrable success in managing multiple priorities, delivering to established timelines, and to a high quality

- Fluency in English
