Senior Audit Manager - NBFC

Our client is a fast-growing NBFC focused on education loans. They are headquartered in Mumbai and has presence PAN India. As they are growing, they are planning to hire experienced Internal Auditor to join their team.

Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute internal audit activities as per internal parameters and RBI regulations.

- Evaluate the effectiveness of the organization's internal controls, risk management processes, and governance structures.

- Identify areas of risk and develop recommendations to mitigate those risks.

- Evaluate and report on the organization's compliance with applicable laws and regulations, Experience with Regulatory will be a plus.

- Prepare and present the findings to senior management and implement the necessary changes required in policies and procedures.

- Awareness with developments in auditing, accounting, and regulatory requirements.

Must Have Skills:

- 6-12 years of relevant experience as Internal Auditor in NBFC, Banking, or Financial Services.

- Qualified CA.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Lending Experience is a must.
