Experience - 12-16 Years.
Worked on- strategic sales, enterprise sales, consulting sales, marketing knowledge, service sales, solution sales, any industry, corporate sales, no product sales. CTC: open. Brand company. MBA.
1) JD OF DIRECTOR
- Build relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are engaged and getting the most value from our services.
- Become part of a high performance team culture with a focus on integrity, accountability and a drive for results.
- Articulating Company Value and maintaining regular dialogue with the existing clients by - Email Campaigns with Prospects
- Timely and meaningful follow up with warm and hot leads - Engage with C- Level executives and conduct client meetings over the phone
- Achieve prospect meeting, phone call and other sales activity metrics
- End to End Sales process including contract negotiation
- Ensure usage of the research and advisory services purchased by the client
- Accurately forecast new business and manage information in CRM Tool
REQUIREMENT
- Minimum 10 - 12 years of experience in an Account Management role with excellent client relationship
- MBA Must - Experience within a performance based environment preferred
- Passion for customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Organize and communicate information clearly)
- Strong computer efficiency (Microsoft Office Suite)
- Interest or experience in IT / ITES / Market Research related industry
- Ability to plan and prioritize daily tasks and responsibilities
- Ability to work independently to meet individual performance goals
- Proven ability to build relationships - Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure
2) JD OF AVP
