AVP/Assistant Manager/Executive - Finance Project & Change - Bank

A leading global bank in Gurugram is looking for Assistant Manager / Executive - Project and Change to support finance change projects with capacities of business analyst and test manager and experience in Program/Project management, Regulatory projects, Business Process Re-engineering, Process Transitions, Trading Finance/ Product Control, Accounting, Tax Reporting & FP&A.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- The candidate will be expected to engage with project managers and business experts to gather requirements, work with IT on technical solutions, business requirement documents, coordinate with technology teams and other functions for development/implementation of related project activities and undertake process improvement by identifying control gaps.

REQUIREMENTS:

- The candidate should preferably come with experience in Investment Banking / Banking / other BFSI, with a qualification of CA/CPA/ICWA/MBA Finance and a preferable certification in PMP or Prince 2 or equivalent. 

- The candidate should also be proficient in MS Office, Visio and data mapping skills with good exposure to analytics and reporting tools like Axiom, TM1, Moody's analytics, SAS, SAP, COGNOS, SQL, VBA, MS Access, Advanced Excel, etc.
