Asset Manager - EPIC (AVP)

Work with strategic vision and mindset to create value differentiation using automation tools such as Desktop automation, Business process modeler, Work flow engines, agent productivity enhancement tools (Process automation assets)

- Execute Business, technical and product evaluation for Process Automation Assets

- Create project charters, assemble project teams, prepare and execute project plans.

- Develop business requirement specification for users of cutting edge business and technical applications which create differentiation through Process automation Asset offerings

- Work closely with delivery teams to develop user requirements and product evaluation.

- Conceptualize and execute pilots for ROI benefits.

- Conduct quality analysis and dashboard to assess performance.

- Regularly create presentations, materials for project progress and product evaluations.

- Create costs benefits and ROI templates.

- Support solutions advisors and sales teams on new automation assets.

- Set up processes for solutioning new assets in automation solutions to win new deals.

- Hands on experience in Automation tool design and deployment and managing client or Business owner’s expectations is critical. (eg: Open Span, Lombardi Filenet, BPM etc)

STRATEGIC INPUTS / SKILLS REQUIRED :

- Candidate should have strong analytical capabilities

- Should have good estimation skills with exposure to leading estimation tools

- Should have experience in pricing and commercial packaging of solutions

- Should be able to present the solutions to the customers and articulate the value props in a detailed and crisp manner

- Should have excellent vendor management and 3rd party management skills

- Should have excellent relationship management skills with customers, vendors, partners and other internal teams

- Should have had technical/platform design and architecture experience, combined with application design and architecting

- Experience in managing global clients such as US based clients is preferred

- Educational Background in Engineering and Management. Certification in Contact Center Technology is preferred.

- Overall experience of more than 10- 12 years in Automation tools and processes in Contact Centers preferred.

- Candidate is expected to be based in India and travel (international and local) is expected to be 30% to 40%.
