Position / Designation - AVP - Asset Management (Real Estate)
Specific Experience (Industry, Company, Function etc.) :
- Exposure to real estate in Indian Market is preferred.
- Experience in managing real estate operating assets and developments with existing private equity or similar set up
- Buy side/institutional experience is a must
- Exposure into development and investment process within real estate industry
- Solid financial modelling experience (excel sheets) both in terms of underwriting and also tracking actuals against underwriting
- Some relevant experience in the exit process of real estate deals in India
- Sound understanding of capital structures, with experience in both debt as well as equity structuring of deals, capital calls and refinancing of existing debt
- Experience in MIS reporting of key investment and asset management activities, asset performance and deal level return forecasting up until exit
Professional Qualification :
- CA or MBA in Finance
Skills :
- Should have experience in financial modelling/tracking actuals
- Reporting of asset performance both deal level and portfolio level

Job Responsibilities :
Core Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the execution of annual strategy based on underwriting of deals for developments, leasing, refurbishment, hold/sell analysis, budget and business plan forecasting
- Review multiple portfolios of each asset
- Review and assess performance, track again underwriting, projects returns for the portfolio
- Work closely with Coordinate with the internal departments like Finance, Leasing and Marketing, Projects & Legal etc.
- Should have knowledge and exposure in excel modelling experience both in terms of under writing and also tracking actuals against underwriting on existing deals
- Support Head for setting up the detailed monthly fund flow statement templates for each entity/investment to track actuals from finance and P&L against budget / forecast.
- Prepare and coordinate quarterly investor and board reports on the real estate funds to present for management
Asset management/Investment performance monitoring :
- Evaluate the return/attractiveness of potential leasing transactions
- Evaluate the financial impact of various structures and financing scenarios
Investor reporting :
- Quarterly reports, annual meetings, advisory board meetings
- Responding to specific investor queries
- Prepare and present appropriate reporting and information about asset management of the business on a monthly basis for management review
