AVP - Artificial Intelligence/Natural Language Processing - BPO

Position - AVP - Artificial Intelligence Natural Language Processing (NLP)

Basic Function

- Lead the technology architecture and design of complex, enterprise-level Artificial Intelligence (AI) with intelligent systems using natural language.

- Significant experience in Natural Language Processing with hands on with advanced technology such as Machine Learning, and Data architecture (Data Analytics, Big Data, Java, Python).

- Experience in Microsoft Cognitive Services would be preferred

- Apply knowledge to create an environment that fosters accountability, quality, commitment, growth and innovation.

- Design, develop and build Demos, POCs and POVs to showcase Cognitive systems solutions and frameworks

- The position will be responsible for recommending/proposing AI use cases relevant to client context and be able to implement the proposed technology solution thereof.

- This position must be able to advise and collaborate with business users and subject matter experts to gather and clarify requirements and effectively negotiate solutions and provide expert consulting services in the identification and resolution of highly complex AI architecture related issues

Essential Functions

- Hands on experience in at least one core technology to build the AI based solution e.g. open source tools, Microsoft Technology and techniques such as python/R

- Responsible for identify / recommending / proposing AI use cases relevant to client context and be able to define proposed technology implementation.

- Sound knowledge of Machine learning algorithms/ econometrics/statistics/data mining and research methods.

- Use techniques from artificial intelligence/machine learning/deep learning to solve supervised and unsupervised learning problems.

- Extensive experience in Software Architecture and Design, Cross Technology/Cross Platform Application Design

- Must possess a balance of analytical problem solving and strong interpersonal and relationship development skills.

- Communicates with Stakeholders (both Internal & External) for AA&R solution approach, Technical architecture and Information security & compliance requirements

Reports To : VP - Technology Applications Supervises : Senior Managers/ Manager/ LAM

Technical Skills

- Certification on Cognitive tools like Microsoft Bot Framework & Cognitive Services, Amazon Alexa etc.

- Prior delivery experience with Robotic Process Automation is a plus

- Basic understanding of Machine Learning techniques & industry applications

- Experience in and understanding of data and information management, especially in Big Data trends.

- Exposure to cloud technologies like Azure, Bluemix etc.

- Cross-domain understanding of the applicability of software solutions and off-the-shelf software, as well as experience communicating technology strategy and direction for all levels of management, end users, and technical staff

Process Specific Skills

- Understanding/Delivery Experience in a Business Aligned IT scenarios

- Understanding and experience of various SDL model Agile/Scrum, Waterfall etc.

- Excellent analytical skills and aptitude for problem solving, including data analysis and validation

- Able to work independently and as part of a team

- Worked / exposure to software application management

Education Requirements

- Master's Degree from an accredited college/university preferred

- Certification in AI, Data Science related technology is a plus

Work Experience Requirements

- 10+ Years of experience in technology, application and information architectures and the delivery of applications in distributed processing environments and relevant architecture experience

- Proven to be Strong technical and business solution experience

- Experience in a BPO environment is preferred
