Role & Responsibilities - 

- Mobilize business for CASA, TD, Assets, MF and Insurance from HNI Customers of his region.

- Recruit and Train the team members on regular basis to achieve their SOPs.

- Business development activities for his/her Region.

- Do joint calls with the team members for large existing/prospective customers.

- Ensure that the high quality of services is maintained as per the standards set.

- Ensure that the compliance and regulation is adhered by all his team members in the region.
