AVP - Application Managed Services - IT

Position : AVP Managed Services

At a minimum 15 years of Managed Services experience.

Must have worked in Application support, maintenance, development in various roles including service delivery manager roles.

ITIL V3 certified expert, must have handled presales role for 2 years plus a good solution writer.

Good to have writing white papers experience. excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

US, EU customer exposure is a must.

Team player.

Must have managed teams and interacted with CXO levels

Experience in Application Portfolio Rationalization and management. These would be technology differentiators - Define the service (vertical service planning)

Handle service planning and Build solutions.
