- Conduct Application/ Product Demo- S

- Concept Selling And Ensure All Queries And Concerns Are Addressed

- Analyze Existing Systems And Performing Technical Solutioning

- Collecting, Understanding Business Requirement.

- Defining The Project And Scope.

- Effort Estimation And Costing.

- Drafting Business Requirement Specification.

- Translating Business Requirement Document To Software Requirement Specifications.

- Interacting With The Technical Team To Ensure That The Requirements Are Clear.

- Conducting Research And Basic Analysis Of The Industry The Customer Is In.

- Critically Evaluate Information Gathered From Multiple Sources, Reconcile Conflicts, Decompose High-level Information Into Details, Abstract Up From Low-level Information To A General Understanding, And Distinguish User Requests From The Underlying True Needs.

- Proactively Communicate And Collaborate With External And Internal Customers To Analyze Information Needs And Functional Requirements And Deliver The Following Artifacts As Needed: (Functional Requirements (Business Requirements Document), Iii. Use Cases, Gui, Screen And Interface Designs)

- Successfully Engage In Multiple Initiatives Simultaneously

- Work Independently With Users To Define Concepts And Under Direction Of Project Managers

Person Specifications :

Essential Desirable :

Work Experience (Mention No. Of Years): 12 To 15 Years In It Industry. With At Least 2 To 3 Years As Business Analyst And Exposure To Automations.

- 12 Years Of Experience In It Industry With Around 4 Years Experience In Business/systems Analysis.

Knowledge/qualifications/ Competency :

- Graduate In It

- Mba In It Or Marketing

- Uml With Microsoft Visio Or Equivalent

- Knowledge Of Web Technologies And Sdlc

- Robotic Process Automation Iiba Certification

- Itil Certification

- Pmp/prince2 Certification
