Person needs to have extensive anlytics Experience in life sciences and pharma domain.

Need both consulting and Operations Experience.

Summary of Role / Profile :

Focus of the Function : Working with business development resources, develop and deliver solutions including but not limited to specific analytic projects, solution ID's, pilots, analytic centers of excellence, etc. Responsible for quality and timeliness of deliverables, and client satisfaction. Works closely with analytic delivery team, and is the consultative face of the organization to the client. Builds solutions, presents major findings, and works directly with client business owners and CXO levels for ongoing penetration and cross selling.

There are 3 areas that this role will focus on :

- Conceptualize and develop solutions that are relevant to the Pharma clients across sub areas such as, research, sales analytics, marketing analytics, pricing etc.

- Develop a team that can execute high end analytics projects on a project basis. The team will comprise consultants in India as well as onshore locations

- Support the business development process through good responses to RFP, presentations to customers on our value proposition and developing compelling client related solutions

The role would be interacting extensively with 3 other roles within the organization

- Sales team - for targeting new customers

- Other verticals in Analytics - to offer new solutions to existing customers

- Operations teams - to access technical expertise for building out solutions

Why does this job exist : Front office analytic deliverables/solutions require a direct and more senior level organization interface to ensure high quality solutions creation and delivery, and to be the interpreter for organization offshore analysts to the client, and client direction back to the offshore teams.

How is this role unique from others : Hands on solutions creditability from both prior direct vertical experience, and current deliverables. This role will be key to developing innovative solutions and consulting capabilities within our team. This role will build a highly domain intensive team that can front end new client conversations, understand their need and translate them into solutions. Then use these experiences in building IP that can be leveraged across multiple customers.

Who are the key relationships for this role : Alignment with vertical teams, Analytics team, NPS team and appropriate SEP teams. the role will be required to work extensively with the business development and operations team. There will be significant interactions with other COEs within organization.

What are the minimum prior qualifications to be an applicant for this role: Direct experience with the Pharma vertical.

What are the key initiatives & challenges facing this role in the next six months to three years : Contributing to the ongoing development and adaptation of the organization suite of analytic, data integration/utilization, and new initiative deliverables. Mining and building a contact list within target accounts. Participation in industry associations and conferences (ideally as a presenter, with a current client).
