AVP- Analytics, NBFC
Roles & responsibilities :
- Be an active member of the Analytics team driving data based decision across the organization
- Understand various sources of data and incorporate practices of data governance to enable data-based decision making in a comprehensive manner
- Identify areas of business application and accordingly establish relevant analytics practices
- Incubate new idea/ methods/ applications and develop expertise for the team
- Embed the use of analytics in various aspects of business covering
- Customer segmentation for customized treatment
- Lifecycle Management ( acquire and activate, cross sell/up sell, attrition prevention)
- Campaign management through - test and learn-
- Predictive modelling
- Pricing analytics and optimization
- Customer and product profitability analyses
- Operational efficiency
- Collaborate across teams to implement insights into action
- Liaise with Risk Systems and IT to support model deployment
Qualification & Skills :
- Post graduate in Statistics or Economics/MBA preferred (Premier Institutes)
- 8+ years of experience covering product analytics, marketing analytics, data driven marketing and project management across a range of portfolios and/or industries
- Proven track record in current organisation
