We are looking for a AVP Analytics & MIS with our client with a global presence based at Gurgaon.

Education : Bachelor's degree in quantitative/ statistical or analytical field.

Experience : 8+ yrs, Business experience in related field (Financial Services), 5+ years experience using SAS or SQL, Advanced use of MS Office( Excel, Access)

CTC : Standard Industry Hike

Team Size : 8-10

Working Conditions : 2 pm-2 am window, 5 days

The Opportunity :

The AVP - Analytics is responsible for delivering analytics driven strategies to the business. The position works closely with the Senior business stakeholders globally to develop solutions which could deliver incremental top-line/bottom-line to the company. He takes complete ownership of all the projects and is accountable for the P&L of the project. He also manages the MI/reporting team which produces periodic reports indicating the health of the business. The AVP personally develops or manages others to develop technical solutions to business problems and is comfortable working in a data intensive environment. The role requires both business insight and technical know how in a variety of data extraction tools, including SAS, IBM iSeries, Access and Excel. The AVP manages a team of 8-10 data analysts/ MIS resources and is responsible for their coaching, development and productivity.

Responsibilities :

- Perform data analyses on valuation and/or collection processes (e.g. pre-purchase valuation, account movement/ placements/collections strategy/forecasting) 40%

- Take leadership role in development of processes/systems to enhance and streamline department functions. 20%

- Interact with Senior Leaders globally and ensure that the team works on important & strategic projects which can keep the team engaged. 20%

- Develop and Coach direct reports and other analytical resources on cross-functional teams 20%

- Management of direct reports (reporting to the role) # 8-1010%
