AVP - Analytics - FinTech - IIT

1) Drive analytics maturity and value extraction across the organization.

2) Frame and aligns the analytics vision & strategy to the business strategy.

3) A top engineering college like an IIT or a degree in statistics from a premier institution.

4) Hands on experience with data analytics tools like SQL, and Python needed

5) Understanding of ML model building, data mining, time series forecasting, text analytics

6) Analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions.

7) Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects (work prioritization, planning and task delegation).
