Our client, a global Financial Service institution providing asset management and asset servicing solutions, is actively seeking an experienced individual to be part of their operations team supporting AML services. This is a senior and team management role reporting to the business manager.

 Some of the key responsibilities will include:

- As part of the Investor AML operations management team, the incumbent will be responsible to manage end-to-end AML process with a focus on Transaction monitoring, document due diligence, etc.

- Assist in complex process & escalations by identifying gaps, if any, in the documentations and reporting it to the concerned regulatory authority.

- The role will also focus on developing, implementing, and improving the Transaction Monitoring framework.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

- Should have strong working knowledge of all anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and adhering with internal and regulatory policies in global transfer agency line of business.

- Should have 13+ years of experience.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Strong team management experience.

- The ability to prioritize and manage multiple and competing deadlines

- Advanced Proficiency in MS Office
