About our Client - With approximately USD200 billion of assets under management worldwide and a presence in over 15 countries, it is one of the premier AMCs in the world. They are now looking to add a Manager to the AMC Sales team in Delhi as the Delhi Institutional segment is a key market for the Institutional business in the Mutual Fund industry, as well as for the AMC.

Job Description - The Institutional Sales team is responsible for increasing the AUM of the AMC by reaching out to Group Entities, Large Corporates, MNCs, Banks, Insurance Companies, etc. The focus would be mainly to sell the Debt Funds across all segments of the yield curve. This critical position requires someone who combines selling skills as well as key relationship management skills to service top notch organizations and demanding treasury teams. Additionally your responsibilities will also be to:

- Increase and maintain market share for the AMCs products amongst existing clients

- Expand the existing client base

- Do Relationship Management with distributors' and key institutional clients

- Communicate portfolio strategy, and market views periodically, liaise with the investment team on a regular basis to work on portfolio strategies for corporates and institutions

- Enhance customer engagement (also use tools of seminars, training workshops and the like)

- Ensure that the sales targets are achieved Contribute to customer service initiatives and work closely with Service/Operations team

- Liaise closely with AMCs Customer Groups to ensure synergies are leveraged for greater share of business with the Group

The Successful Candidate - You will be:

- Graduate/Post graduate with 2-4 years of experience in working in the AMC industry

- A good understanding of mutual fund products and institutional client needs

- Strong selling skills & commercial acumen

- Good verbal and written communication, leadership and interpersonal skills
