AVP - Alliances & Partnerships - NBFC/InsureTech

We are looking out for a professional having prior experience in setting up the micro-finance vertical from scratch coming from a banking or insurance (group/life) background.

You will be responsible for defining the overall strategy for the zone, and identifying technological and operational gaps in the regional NBFC & MFIs with regard to insurance and protection. Working closely with cross-functional teams to customize the insurance aggregation platform and create one-of-a-kind insurance products will be your day-to-day activity.

Responsibilities :

1) Building the micro-finance vertical from scratch and defining the overall business strategy for the zone in line with the larger organizational objectives.

2) Identifying the technological and operational gaps in the regional NBFC & MFIs with regards to insurance or protection.

3) Working closely with cross-functional teams to roll out customized aggregator platform and insurance products targeted towards the NBFC & MFIs.

4) Handling contracts and commercial arrangements.

5) Building mutually beneficial relations with NBFC & MFIs.

Requirements:

1) Post-Graduation with at least 3+ years of experience in group business (life/general).

2) Prior experience of setting up the NBFC & MFI vertical from scratch.

3) Excellent written and oral communication.

4) Strong influencing skills.

5) Strong consultative and story-telling skills.

6) A go-getter with a strong affinity to solve problems for the larger demography of India.
