AVP - Advisory Team

Responsibilities:

- Identifying the NPAs to be acquired from banks / financial institutions.

- Analysing the financial and business viability of the acquired assets and devising the resolution strategy.

- Conducting site visits and preparing the reports with the findings/observations of the visit.

- Developing Strategies for restructuring, Sale of business (M&A), Sale of assets, Settlement.

- Negotiations with Promoters, Managements, Selling Bank, Dealing with Financial organizations, Banks, Lenders, Prospective buyers and Investors.

- Negotiate with borrower/guarantor for settlement.

- Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (SARFAESI Act).

- RBI Guidelines on Corporate Debt Reconstruction mechanism.

- RBI guidelines on Loans & advances issued to Banks and FIs.

- RBI notifications to Asset Reconstruction Companies.

- Knowledge of relevant guidelines of SEBI, FEMA, RBI, companies act.

Qualifications : MBA Finance, CFC, CA
