What you will need to succeed in the role: (Minimum Qualification and Skills Required)

- Degree in finance/business and with other professional accreditations such as CFA (M)

- At least 8 years of experience in banking or asset management (M)

- Strong understanding of asset allocation and portfolio construction (M)

- Excellent written skills with prior experience in content management and marketing (M)

- Has previously been actively involved in building advisory propositions and platforms (E)

- Quantitatively inclined with a keen eye for details (E)

- Knowledge with platforms and systems such as Aladdin, QlikSense and Avaloq (D)

- Adept with MS Excel and Powerpoint (E), working knowledge on UI/UX capabilities (D)

- Effective with stakeholder management and able to work with teams across locations (M)

The Opportunity:

This role reports functionally to Advisory Team Lead in India and will focus on building and enhancing the advisory proposition across client segments. Key responsibilities include: -

Sales Enablement Support:

1. Drive the creation and maintenance of client facing materials like pitchbook, factsheets and overview documents. Seek inputs from sales enablement and portfolio analytics locally/regionally and work under the oversight of Head of Advisory Sales Enablement to develop marketing materials.

2. Provide training support for proposition enhancements, new capability development, Prism account opening and termination.

3. Collaborate regularly with onshore sales enablement specialists and handle enquiries from RM/IC

Portfolio Analytics Support:

4. Generate proposals and reviews for Prism Total clients.

5. Content management for the narratives and maintaining notifications to RM/IC related to switch idea generation.

6. Ongoing monitoring and review for the delivery of switch ideas via multiple distribution channels.

7. Portfolio health checks monitoring and review to ensure appropriate alerts are generated.

Responsibilities:

- Establish a clear maker -checker process in creation and review of marketing documents

- Adhere to desired level of global consistency in content and marketing design

- Support local teams with 2nd line approval

- Support with external vendor approvals and adoption of annual approval framework and marketing guidelines provided by the vendor

- Loading and maintenance of materials on relevant websites

- Create content and narratives for switch ideas

- Monitor delivery of switch ideas and notify RM/IC

- Review stability of delivery channels

- Run controls on portfolio health checks and alert generation

- Train front office users on Prism operational procedures and maintain updates for the training materials

- Respond to queries from RM/IC on Prism operational procedures

- Collaborate with onshore specialists to generate proposals and portfolio reviews for Prism Total clients.
