We have job opening AVP Acquisition Implementation, Location Hyderabad

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

Manage strategy implementation and validation, code changes to loan origination platform(s) for

Retail Finance credit risk organization.

Assist in development and execution (coding, testing and implementing business rules) of credit and fraud prevention strategies

Manage projects to ensure successful implementation of acquisition strategies, tools and processes

Represent credit function for all projects related to the loan origination platform.

Support operational credit team in response to internal and external audit requests.

Provide direction for the development and maintenance of the company credit policy. Identify new opportunities to reduce losses and enhance credit screening process.

Support Retail Cards Mobile, Automation and E-apply initiatives

Complete audits of scorecard revisions and new strategy implementations.

Assurance of six sigma rigor in strategy development, implementation, and monitoring.

Work in conjunction with the Portfolio Credit Managers to enhance origination strategies via champion/challenger and new product initiatives.

Work on several different projects simultaneously, of varying complexity and length. Establishing priorities and coordinating work

Appropriate management of time and resources

Proactively manage efforts to maintain stakeholder satisfaction, and quantify project benefits

Master's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience in consumer/commercial credit or risk management, lending, marketing or appropriate field in a credit card / consumer lending environment. or; in lieu of a bachelors' degree, 10+ years of relevant experience in consumer/commercial risk management, lending, marketing or appropriate field in a credit card / consumer lending environment\Strong Technical abilities and hands on experience strategy implementation platforms viz. Strategy Design Studio, Strategy Manager, TRIAD etc.

Experience using SAS, SQL & Unix, Mainframe, VBA, Excel

4+ year experience managing a team to accomplish a set of goals

Demonstrated project management experience with extreme attention to detail, report accuracy, data integrity, and team focus.

Ability to prioritize and complete a variety of simultaneous tasks.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to work effectively with a wide range of end users.

Ability to communicate technical information effectively, both written and verbal.

Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage project details while balancing multiple priorities.
