Accounts / Finance / Banking / MIS - Responsible for core accounting upto finalization - Monitoring Vendor payment till its final accounting - Monitoring, checking &amp; ensuring complete &amp; correct accounting of all the transactions, - Monitoring cashflow, day to day funding requirement and bank reconciliations - Preparation of Annual, Provisional &amp; Projected financials - Coordination with Auditors and closure of audit issues - Providing data to banks/financial institutions for credit facilities, ensuring legal documentation and compliance with pre and post disbursement formalities - Providing timely MIS reports, information and analysis to management as and when required Statutory compliances: - Monitoring timely deduction, payment, filing of returns with statutory liabilities/dues TDS, TCS, GST, PT, PF etc, filing of relevant periodic Returns etc - Direct &amp; Indirect Taxation - Responsible for Direct &amp; Indirect tax management - Compliance with filing of Income Tax returns - Attending Scrutiny assessments - Advance Tax Estimation - Co-ordination with income tax department and follow up - Evaluation and final implementation of various options for Tax Planning - Corporate Governance - Monitoring compliance with company Law formalities/ROC forms/Legal Compliances - Must be a CA professional &amp; willing to work 6 days in a week at Vasai for a Real Estate Company
