Our client is one of the Leading Financial Institution Globally. Now, as part of the continued expansion of their India-based Global Operations Hub, they are keen to recruit some brilliant professionals as an AVP for one their most critical team.

Job Description

Reporting to the Head - Accounts Payable and handling a team of 20+ professionals, your key responsibilities would include:

- Client relationship management

- Managing, Guiding and supporting payment process and related activities (bank reconciliations, GL reconciliations)

- Handling the Accounts Payable team and groom qualified professionals under your supervision

- Build effective relationship with senior management and other onshore partners

- Work closely with onshore business managers on upcoming projects, assignments and initiatives

- Leading the team to ensure accurate, timely and quality delivery of services

The Successful Applicant

You are a CA/MBA with 8 to 10 years of post Qualification experience in any function of Finance. Prior experience in large team and senior stakeholder management is a must. Understanding and working knowledge in Payables would be beneficial.
