AVP - Accounts - BFSI - CA

Key Performance Indicators:

- Monitoring preparation of monthly and quarterly consolidated financials for Quarterly Results.

- Compile and maintain supporting schedules related to reporting for multiple subsidiaries both domestic and international.

- Liaison with accounting and tax departments, as well as internal and external auditors.

- Ability to take full ownership of projects and drive them through to completion.

- Work on the synergy between accounting and operating initiatives to achieve the company's objectives.

- Perform variance and financial analysis of results at the consolidated level as per the requirement of Management.

- Provide seniors with high quality reports and analysis to facilitate decision making.

- Ensures consistent application of IND AS and other applicable GAAP's in monthly financial reporting.

- Keeps abreast of current trends, practices and developments in the profession. Make recommendations for effective implementation of the process.

- Performs additional duties or assignments as directed by management.

Qualifications:

- CA.

- 8-15 years of extensive experience in Accounting/Finance functions with ability to work with multiple ERP and financial reporting systems.

- Rich Experience with financial consolidation of international entities.

- Strong general accounting knowledge.

- Thorough working knowledge and understanding of financial reporting requirements under IND AS and I-GAAP's

- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Presentation Skills.

- Working knowledge of derivative instruments.

- Ability to manage a large team.
