Job Location : Bangalore, Chennai
Shift : UK/EMEA (12:00 pm to 09:00 pm IST) & 01:00 to 10:00 pm during daylight saving
Team Leadership : Team Leading Experience is must
RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Minimum of 14 years relevant experience in Accounting and Reporting, out of which at least 6 years in leading a team.
2. Knowledge of XBRL Preparation
3. Demonstrated expertise in analyzing and preparing complex financial statements,
4. managing book of accounts to meet global and local regulatory laws
5. Broad experience in Accounting, financial reporting in line with US GAAP / IFRS.
6. Manage a strong team of Financial Accountants and Analysts who will be responsible for end to end client book keeping / accounting.
7. Formulate internal controls are followed and supporting documentation is available- (review/Approve/ Signing/ may involve client interaction i.e. core Ops tasks)
8. Oversee day to day operations to ensure the processes are executed within agreed SLAs and in compliance with established procedures
9. Participate and contribute to operational and tactical meetings with business colleagues, including, but not limited to KPI performance.
