Summary of the role:

The purpose of the Role is to support and coordinate all Pre-Sales activities being conducted under the aegis of the Solutions Sales and Delivery Teams of Avows Technologies Sdn Bhd. The Pre-Sales Support and Delivery Manager is:

1. Responsible for all Technical Pre-Sales Support for Avows Technologies as well as the Delivery Services entry point for the Account managers for a set of customers, and- in certain cases- serving as the Primary Contact with outside Vendors.

2. Responsible for assisting the CTO in the provision of quality, timely responses to Customers, resolving Technical queries, and presenting Solutions and Advice to Internal Stakeholders.

3. Creating and Standardizing Business Processes, Team Requirements, Problem Management, and other critical Team functions within Avows Technologies, Engaging Delivery Domain resources, coordinating their activities, and providing reporting to ensure the delivery of Avows Technologies- commitments.

Main responsibilities:

The primary responsibilities of the Role are: -

1. Develop existing relationships with both IT and Business executives, at the appropriate functional and operational level, to reinforce and sustain strategic partnership with customers. They will also act as the first escalation point for any issue that should be raised during a service delivery or implementation and are in direct contact with the customers.

2. Support the Presales process by providing Delivery expertise, highlighting delivery risks and validating timelines and expert resources availability. They will be responsible for all pre-sales research and validation, overseeing and assisting in proposal writing, creation and delivery of Customer presentations, and creation and management of Technical documentation for internal purposes.

3. Proactively manage the ongoing pipeline of requests side and ensure quality of all deliveries and as such commit to the customer on the deliverables, timeline, monitoring, success criteria and required involvement from the customer. They will ensure that delivered solution or service to customer corresponds to what has been defined in the contract and that customer understands its full capability.

4. Create, manage and keep updated a dashboard per customer in order to provide accurate status of all deliverables, including risks & issues. They will provide a regular executive summary on a monthly basis covering the risks/issues that need management attention.

5. Communicate accordingly to Customer, ensure their adherence to the plan and follow up on delivery dates. They will coordinate and manage all Delivery Domains resources required for project success. These resources report operationally to the Delivery Manager for the duration of the project.


- 5-10 years- experience in the IT industry as Pre-Sales Support.

- Previous specific experience in Business Solution and /or Delivery management

- Strong analytical, proposal writing, problem solving and solutions-oriented abilities

- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.

- Education: University degree in Business, Marketing or Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.

- Others: Proficiency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin as a plus
