Only females candidates are required.   Job Summary: 	 - The Sales Trainer is responsible for the training of Zone Managers, hence, contribute to the achievement of division’s sales targets.  - Success will be characterized by the successful achievement of the assigned sales/hiring/order targets by the Zone Managers	  Key Result Areas Of The Job:  Training and Development:  - Coaches Zone Managers on prospecting and recruiting by doing intensive field activities  - Coaches and mentors Zone Managers how to build and develop their leaders and BA’s  - Trains effectively using multiple methods such as Field demonstrations, role–playing at clubs/home meetings, on-the-job practice and class room training sessions.  - Provide product training to the Zone Managers at regular intervals.  - Redesign the Global training module with respect to Indian environment and conduct training sessions on the same.  Monitor Training Effectiveness:  - Monitors development progress of Zone Managers and provides timely feedback and support  - Measures the effectiveness of training programs on sales performance  - Takes proactive action when training is not effective   Planning:  - Evaluating training needs and formulating monthly/weekly training plan – self and ZMs   Motivating:  - Inspires Zone Managers to improve sales results  Basic Requirements:  Qualifications:  Basic: Graduate in any Discipline  Professional: MBA   Linguistic: Fluent in English, Hindi & Telugu  Only females should apply
