KRA : - Merchandise Planning : Selection of local relevance products from Regional / Global Portfolio - Knowledge of Fashion (jewelry/accessories) and Intimate Apparels category - Intimate Apparels launch : Strategies, plan and execute the launch of Intimate apparels - Deliver on sales plan, gross margin plan, inventory replenishment, and overall P&amp;L. - Market research : Research and identify potential market trends, Monitor competitor activity and make recommendations for potential promotional opportunities. - Enhanced category performance : Monitor sales figures and analyze how to increase revenue, consumer participation/trials - strong analytical skills. - Promotions and Engagement : Work on an action plan to create promotion plans and rep. engagement in the assigned category. - Coordination with regional counterparts Desired Profile : - MBA / Fashion design graduate - 5-7 years of experience in relevant industry - Eye for Fashion and trends - Strong analytical skills &amp; Strategic thinking - Strong alignment and coordination with local cross functional teams (Supply chain, sales, creative) - Knowledge about the category is must - experience in the IA / fashion industry is critical - The candidate will be working as individual contributor - Team work will be critical, as this category will have a lot of coordination work with regional (APAC) team - Launching a NEW high impact category which can be a future pillar for accelerated growth for the overall business.
