Position Summary The incumbent is responsible for all customer led activation's. The role is to be a conduit between field and HO Sales and Marketing. Planning product launches/ sales and product activation's, designing reward and recognition programmes, responsibility for all collaterals, art, creatives as per company's brand guidelines. Planning, execution and post facto analysis form the major pillars of the work. Job Summary : Designing Field Sales Programs : - Field sales programs design - make the creative/ collaterals to support the programs, handling entire communication to the last leg - the BFA, through different mediums/ channels. - Local Incentives - analyze the construct/ liaison with finance and approve local incentives with the field team. Sales Marketing Synergy : Individually responsible for liasoining and coordinating with marketing for : - Campaign communication deck and rollout - New product launches activation/Facebook Activation - Sales Marketing synergy converging the energy chart for the two functions/ planning and execution stage - Taking lead in other projects involving innovation and initiatives such as Mobile Application, Google digital advertising campaign Events and activation : Handle the biggest event : - End to end planning and execution of the Avon Stars Convention - the largest residential conference for Avon India annually. - Finalizing the event, in detail and as a whole. Work closely with the agency/ event team/ sales and marketing teams to deliver an outstanding show for the top 1% of Avon India's field force. - Other sales/marketing activation's in the field such as the jewelry activation in Q4 etc.
