We respect and appreciate fresh perspective, distinctive ideas and diverse expertise.  Job Description:   - Understand client's objectives and coordinate with the client to finalize requirements & scope  - Conduct primary and /or secondary research across the business value chain  - Retrieve additional data from various official sources (like trade organization, regulatory bodies, chambers etc.)  - Organize, analyze, synthesize and/or summarize data and information using appropriate quantitative and qualitative techniques  - Analyze trends, findings and insights, and use them to generate client-focused solutions, briefings, reports and recommendations  - Format and prepare report and/or presentations, when required   Requirement:   - Strong research, analytical, and quantitative aptitude  - Team player and excellent interpersonal skills  - Experience of primary and secondary research  - Strong oral and written communication skills, including attention to detail  - Entrepreneurial instincts with a positive mind set to deliver client results  - Comfortable in using business applications (like MS-PowerPoint and MS-Excel)   - Graduate (UG/PG) from a leading college  - 1- 5 years of experience in Consulting or Business Research.  We are open to consider flexible working hours and work from home options for the right candidate.
