Job Description :
- Develop, write and edit content including articles, mailers, press releases, blogs, websites
- Strong pulse on the latest trends and innovations in social media
- Perform background research to write compelling content across verticals to engage target audiences
- Adhering to the brand style and voice in all content
- Have a pulse on what is happening in each practice area of the Life Insurance industry & work with various teams to solicit/create content
- Edit and create content for internal and external communications
- Coordinate with agencies to develop content and creatives for all communications
- Safeguard our brand reputation and that of our customers at all times
Skills :
- 4-6 years experience of writing copy in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a business newsroom
- Strong copy editing skills and a proven ability to write excellent copy, with an unbiased and objective narration of the facts and a strong attention to detail
- Flexible, fast and adaptable writing ability to create content in interesting and compelling ways for specific audience segments
- Strong adherence to meeting stiff deadlines at all times
- Awareness of the best, most elegant writing offered by high-quality news and content outlets
- Degree in creative writing, journalism, communications or related discipline preferred
- Experience of working in a digital newsroom
- Handling content on websites
- Experience of working on Content Management System
- Strong powerpoint skills
