Position : Assistant Manager / Manager - Customer Payout (Revenue Accounting & Financial Operations)
Reporting to : AVP - Finance
Qualifications : CA / MBA Finance
Technical Competencies :
- Good knowledge of financial processes
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Good knowledge of Oracle will be an added advantage
- Good Communication Skill
Responsibilities :
1. Ensures that monthly closing of sub ledger in Policy Admin System is made as per internal schedule and revenue numbers are accurately reported
2. Works with business support for Customer payouts
3. Provides financial information contained in policy admin system in required format to other accounting managers as required
4. Ensures internal TAT are met works closely with Ops for drafting new financial processes/improvement of the existing processes
5. Manages payouts related to customer refunds and benefit payments and claims
Key Performance Indicators :
1. Manages payouts related to customer refunds and benefit payments and claims
2. Deliveries as per agreed SLA and managing customer expectations
3. Effective reporting for decision support
4. Ensure on time payout analysis is done & corrective actions are taken wherever required
